Run all four moves in writing: (1) Decide — why it's a good fit to hand off; (2) Direct — write the actual prompt, with context, goal, constraints, and an example; (3) Discern — after running it, note one thing you checked or fixed; (4) Disclose — write the one line you'd tell someone about how AI helped. Submit the four parts.
