Terms of Service

Last updated · August 23, 2026

These Terms are an agreement between you and Andrews Express Agency (“AEA”, “we”, “us”) covering AEA Academy — our online AI learning platform. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use AEA Academy.

1. Who can use AEA Academy

AEA Academy is built for learners of every age, with one legal floor: you must be at least 13 years old to create an account. When you sign up you confirm that you meet that minimum. If we learn that an account belongs to someone under 13, we will delete it and its learning data.

If you are under the age of majority where you live, you should review these Terms with a parent or guardian, and a parent or guardian must approve any paid subscription.

2. Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you give us, for keeping your password private, and for everything that happens under your account. Please tell us right away if you believe your account has been used without your permission. One person, one account — don't share logins or resell access.

3. What we provide

AEA Academy provides lessons, audio narration, knowledge checks, projects, progress tracking, an AI mentor, a certificate of achievement, and an optional talent pipeline for consideration for work with AEA. We improve and change the platform over time, which means features may be added, modified, or retired.

Certificates recognise completion of AEA Academy coursework. They are not an accredited academic degree or a professional license, and they don't guarantee employment, an interview, or income.

4. AI features (mentor and voice)

  • Our AI mentor and voice narration are produced by third-party AI providers. AI output can be incomplete, outdated, or simply wrong — always use your own judgment and verify anything important.
  • The AI mentor is not a substitute for professional advice (legal, medical, financial, or otherwise), and it is not a crisis or safety service. If you are in danger, contact local emergency services.
  • Don't use the AI features to generate unlawful, hateful, harassing, sexual, or deliberately deceptive content, or to attempt to extract other people's data.
  • Your messages to the mentor are sent to our AI provider to generate a response and are stored so your conversation history and personalised coaching work.

5. Your content and projects

You keep ownership of the work you submit — projects, links, notes, and profile text. By submitting it, you give us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, display, and (where you've chosen to make it public) show it on the platform, including on your public portfolio, the leaderboard, and the talent pipeline. You can remove your content or turn your portfolio off at any time in your profile settings.

Only submit work you have the right to share. Don't include other people's private information, and don't pass off someone else's work as your own.

6. Public portfolios and leaderboard

If you enable a public portfolio, your chosen display name, username, headline, bio, badges, certificate, and approved projects become viewable by anyone with the link. Please share only what you're comfortable being public. Portfolio visibility is off-able at any time; search engines and other people may keep cached copies for a period after you turn it off.

7. Acceptable use

  • No harassment, hate speech, threats, or sexual content involving minors — ever.
  • No scraping, reverse engineering, or attempts to break, overload, or bypass platform security.
  • No cheating XP, badges, streaks, certificates, or the leaderboard through automation or fake accounts.
  • No sharing, reselling, or republishing our lessons, scripts, or audio outside the platform.

We may suspend or remove accounts, submissions, XP, or certificates that violate these rules.

8. Free and paid plans

Some tracks are free. Paid plans are subscriptions billed in advance through our payment processor on a recurring basis until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; cancellation stops future charges and access to paid tracks continues to the end of the paid period. Prices may change with reasonable advance notice.

Except where the law requires otherwise, payments are non-refundable for time already elapsed. If something went wrong with a charge, email us and we'll look at it in good faith. We never store your full card details.

9. Our intellectual property

The AEA Academy name, logo, curriculum, lesson scripts, voice narration, designs, and software belong to AEA and its licensors. Your subscription is a personal licence to learn with them, not a transfer of ownership.

10. Disclaimers and limits

The platform is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law we disclaim implied warranties and do not promise uninterrupted or error-free service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AEA's total liability arising out of your use of AEA Academy is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

11. Ending your access

You can stop using the platform and delete your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate access for a serious or repeated breach of these Terms, or if required by law.

12. Changes and contact

We may update these Terms; when we do, we'll change the “Last updated” date and, for material changes, notify you by email or in the app. Continuing to use AEA Academy after an update means you accept the new Terms. Questions go to hello@aeaacademy.com.
