Design, build, and document a complete automation for a REAL business process, in four parts: (1) the problem + cost, (2) the workflow map, (3) the working build (trigger → multi-step + data mapping → logic → error handling; AI step optional), (4) the business case + a one-sentence pitch. Submit to complete Track 2.
